Hetalia The World Twinkle Anime Gets Extra Disc With 'Long Anime' (Updated)

Frontier Works began streaming an announcement commercial on Friday for an "extra disc" for the Hetalia The World Twinkle anime that will ship in Japan on February 24. The DVD will include a previously-unstreamed "long anime" episode.
The show's website describes the anime episode, titled "Surprise Halloween!":
America hosts a grand Halloween party, but the party features a costume contest!? England was the only one who didn't know about the contest, and the reason is.... This long edition of Hetalia will of course also feature Italy and Germany's usual hijinks!
The extra disc will also include the "retake version" of the theme song "Hetalian Jet," as well as a Hetalia The World Twinkle soundtrack CD. The disc retails for 3,889 yen (about US$32).
The first DVD box set of Hetalia The World Twinkle shipped on October 28 with an extra episode titled "Doitsu, Dōkyo Suru" (Germany, Live Together). An event screening at Cinema Sunshine Ikebukuro in Tokyo on October 30 also featured a screening of a new episode from the anime, although the website has not specified the contents of the new episode that was screened.
Hetalia The World Twinkle is the sixth anime season inspired by Hidekaz Himaruya's Hetalia manga. The series premiered online on the d Anime Store (Docomo Anime Store) and other services on July 3, and Funimation streamed the series with English subtitles.
