Umihara Kawase's Agatsuma Entertainment Shuts Down

Code of Princess developer cites deteriorating administrative conditions
Video game developer and publisher Agatsuma Entertainment (Code of Princess, Umihara Kawase trilogy) announced that it has disbanded as of Friday, December 11. The company will complete liquidation on March 31, 2016.
The parent company Agatsuma Co., LTD explained that it has had difficulty guaranteeing profit because of deteriorating administrative conditions, so its video game subsidiary Agatsuma Entertainment is being dissolved to support the growth of the company as a whole.
Agatsuma Entertainment released the three Umihara Kawase games on Steam from October to November of this year. Atlus USA released Agatsuma Entertainment's Code of Princess Nintendo 3DS game in 2012.
