The official website for the television anime of Rurū Minase's Ōya-san wa Shishunki! (Landlord is in Puberty!) manga updated on Friday with two additional cast members. Takashi Kondo (My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU's Hayato Hayama) will play Maeda-san and Hitomi Nabatame (Oreimo's Saori Bajiina) will play Reiko Shirai.

Yurika Kubo (Love Live!'s Hanayo Koizumi, Monster Musume's Tionisia) stars as the lead character Chie Satonaka. Ibuki Kido (OniAi's Akiko Himenokōji, The Perfect Insider's Shiki Magata) will play Mayu Ueno and Erii Yamazaki (Re-Kan!'s Makoto Ogawa, Samurai Flamenco's Moe Morita) will play Yuki Miyamura.

The series of three-minute episodes will premiere on Crunchyroll outside of Asia on Sunday, January 10 at 10:30 a.m. EST.

Yuki Ogawa (Saekano: How to Raise a Boring Girlfriend episode director, My Wife is the Student Council President storyboards) is directing the anime at Seven Arcs Pictures. Atsuki Shimizu (Boruto -Naruto the Movie- key animator, Tokyo Ghoul, Tokyo Ghoul √A animation director) is in charge of character designs and is also serving as the chief animation director. Arte Refact (Komori-san Can't Decline, BlazBlue Alter Memory) is composing the music and King Records and bilibili are producing the music.

Kido and Yamazaki are also performing the show's theme song "Shining Sky" under the unit name "every❤ing!."

The four-panel manga follows a protagonist who is living alone for the first time after finding employment. At his tiny, no-bath apartment he finds a landlord who looks like a little sister. She does the cooking and housework, so sometimes seems like a grandmother, but she also enjoys a normal middle school life with her friends.

Minase launched the manga in Manga Time in 2012, and it also began serializing in Manga Time's sister publication Manga Time Family in January 2014. Houbunsha shipped the fourth compiled volume last May. The fifth volume is slated to ship on Thursday.
