Luck & Logic Streams 1st 'We Are the Luck & Logic Club' Anime Short

Yuka Ozaki, Eriko Matsui, Rimi Nishimoto star in 1-minute anime short series

The official YouTube channel for the Luck & Logic franchise began streaming the first episode of the "Watashi-tachi, Rakuroji-bu!" (We Are the Luck and Logic Club!) short anime series on Saturday. The one-minute anime series is airing before each full Luck & Logic TV anime episode.

The anime short features three high school girls enjoying the Luck & Logic trading card game. The anime stars:

The first episode will also be featured as a bonus extra on the first Blu-ray Disc volume release of the main Luck & Logic anime series, which ships on March 25.

The anime short features the same returning staff from the main anime series: director Takashi Naoya, character designer and concept designer Mari Shimazaki, original concept creator and series composition writer Yuuya Takahashi, character designer and chief animation director Katsuhiro Kumagai, and animation studio Doga Kobo.

The anime short also serves as an advertisement for Bushiroad's Luck & Logic trading card game, which Bushiroad with ship in Japan with two starter decks and one booster pack on January 28. Bushiroad plans to release the trading card game in English this summer.

The Luck and Logic project is a collaboration between Bushiroad, Bandai Visual, Doga Kobo Nitroplus, Lantis, and Yuhodo. The main television anime series premiered in Japan on January 9. Funimation is streaming the series in North America as it airs. Crunchyroll is streaming the series in Spain and Portugal, and Daisuki and Anime Lab are also streaming the series outside of North America.
