Indonesian Film Censorship Board Registers Yowamushi Pedal Anime

The Indonesian Film Censorship Board registered the Yowamushi Pedal television anime series late last month. The entry indicates that Indonesian channel Global TV applied for the registration. The entry indicates 38 episodes, which is the number of episodes of the first Yowamushi Pedal series.
The anime series adapts Wataru Watanabe's cycling manga of the same name. The first television anime adaptation aired in 2013. Yowamushi Pedal Grande Road, the second season, premiered in October 2014. A third season is planned. The first compilation film, Yowamushi Pedal Re:RIDE, opened in Japan in September 2014, while the second compilation film, Yowamushi Pedal Re: ROAD, opened in June last year. A separate anime film with an original story opened last August.
