The official website of the television anime adaptation Shiori Amase's All Out!! rugby manga revealed the anime's main staff, a new visual, and a fall premiere date on Monday.

The visual contains the text "Here, everyone can be the main player."

Masahiro Yokotani (Free! - Iwatobi Swim Club, SHIMONETA, Beelzebub) is in charge of series composition, and will pen the scripts alongside Shingo Irie (Kuroko's Basketball, Log Horizon). Masanori Shino (Gungrave, Black Lagoon, Digimon Adventure tri.) is designing the characters for animation. Telecom Animation Film is credited for production cooperation.

The website revealed character visuals with unique text for each character. The cast, character visuals, and corresponding text are as follows:

The cast will star in a drama CD adaptation of the manga, which will be bundled with a limited edition of the manga's eighth compiled book volume on Tuesday. New prints of the manga's first volume will also bundle the same drama CD starting on the same date.

The manga's story centers around Kenji Gion, a short first-year high school student. On his first day at Kanagawa Prefectural High School, he meets the tall Sumiaki Iwashimizu during a game of rugby. Kenji Gion strikes a friendship with Sumiaki, and soon joins the rugby club. The manga portrays the struggles of the mismatched pair.

Amase (Yuki Shimaki) launched the manga in Morning Two in 2012. Kodansha published the manga's seventh compiled book volume last September.
