XSEED Games to Release Corpse Party's 3DS Port

XSEED Games confirmed on Thursday that it will release the Nintendo 3DS port of Corpse Party this summer. In addition, the company announced that its digital PC release of Corpse Party is slated for April 25.
The Nintendo 3DS game will get a "Back to School Edition" physical release for US$49.99 and a digital release via the Nintendo eShop for US$29.99. The physical release will include Naomi Nakashima and Seiko Shinohara figurines and a soundtrack CD.
5pb. shipped Corpse Party: Blood Covered …Repeated Fear, the Nintendo 3DS port of its 2010 PlayStation Portable horror game Corpse Party, in Japan on July 30. The game is remastered from the 2011 PC game, and features redrawn sprites and four new chapters.
XSEED will release an English translation of the expanded 2008 edition of Team GrisGris' original independent PC game via Steam, GOG.com, and the Humble Store by Humble Bundle for US$14.99. The game features four bonus chapters and a fast-forward function.
The original Corpse Party from Team GrisGris followed of a group of high school students trapped in Heavenly Host Elementary, which is haunted by children who disappeared.
XSEED Games released the PSP version of the original Corpse Party game in North America and Europe, as well as the follow-up games Corpse Party: Book of Shadows on PSP and Corpse Party: Blood Drive for PS Vita. 5pb. released an iOS port with Xseed's English translation last year.
