Katalis Pustaka Licenses Gangsta. Novel

Indonesian publisher Katalis Pustaka announced on Wednesday that it has licensed Junichi Kawabata's Gangsta. novel. The publisher did not provide a release date for the novel.
The novel is an original story based on Kohske's Gangsta. manga series. The manga revolves around Nick and Worick, two men who take on jobs from both the mafia and the police in the town of Ergastulum, a rotten town filled with mafia, hoodlums, prostitutes, and dirty cops.
Shinchosha published the novel last July.
The manga debuted in 2011 in Shinchosha's Monthly Comic @Bunch. Shinchosha published the seventh compiled volume last July. The now-defunct studio Manglobe adapted the manga into a 12-episode television anime series in July. The manga went on hiatus in November due to the author's poor health.
