Microsoft Announces 'Project Scorpio' Console

Games will be playable on Xbox One
Microsoft officially announced at it media briefing at E3 on Monday that it is developing a new console currently titled "Project Scorpio." The console will offer 4K resolution and high fidelity VR, as well as six teraflops of power.
Microsoft also unveiled its upgraded Xbox One S console at the event. All games playable on Xbox One, Xbox One S, and Project Scorpio will also be playable on the other two systems.
The console is slated to launch holiday 2017.
