UK Anime Network reports that StudioCanal has announced the following regarding its Blu-ray release of When Marnie Was There.
We have established that there is a player-specific problem affecting the When Marnie Was There Blu-ray disc. A New Disc is being replicated and will be available in the coming weeks in October.Most customers will not experience any issues with playback of the Blu-ray but if you have been affected, you can send your faulty Blu-ray disc along with your name, address and e-mail to:
