The Idolm@ster Cinderella Girls Gets New Web Manga in November

Kyōno's The IDOLM@STER Cinderella Girls U149 focuses on idols without producer

Bandai Namco Entertainment announced during the second and last day of "The IDOLM@STER Cinderella Girls 4th Live TriCastle Story" concert series on Sunday that the company will launch a new The IDOLM@STER Cinderella Girls manga titled The IDOLM@STER Cinderella Girls U149 on Cygames' Cycomi manga website in November. A "chapter 0" for the manga is already available.

The story follows idols who have no producer and don't get idol jobs, but still dream of beautiful dresses, stages, and a wonderful prince. Chapter 0 of the manga shows Kaoru, Risa, Koharu, Nina, Haru, Arisu, and Miria as they receive the news that they will get a new producer.

Bandai Namco Entertainment is credited for the story, and Kyōno draws the manga.

Cygames developed the original The IDOLM@STER Cinderella Girls game app, a spinoff of Bandai Namco Entertainment's The IDOLM@STER game franchise, focusing on a different idol agency and characters. The app already inspired its own television anime. The anime launched its second anime season last year.

An anime adaptation of Kuma-Jet's The Idolm@ster Cinderella Girls Gekijō (The IDOLM@STER Cinderella Girls Theater) manga has been green-lit for "broadcast around 2017."
