ACCA TV Anime's Promo, 2 Ads Preview Opening Theme by ONE III NOTES

The official website for the television anime of Natsume Ono's ACCA 13-Ku Kansatsu-Ka (ACCA: 13th Ward Observation Department) manga began streaming a second promotional video and two commercials on Thursday. All three videos preview the anime's opening theme song "Shadow and Truth" by ONE III NOTES (pronounced "one third notes"), a group that composer Ryō Takahashi formed for the project.
The anime will premiere on Tokyo MX on January 10 at 11:00 p.m., followed by Sun TV, KBS Kyoto, and TV Setouchi at January 11 at 12:00 a.m., 12:30 a.m., and 2:10 a.m., respectively. The anime will also begin airing on BS11 on January 12 at 12:30 a.m.

Shingo Natsume (One-Punch Man, both seasons of Space Dandy) is directing the anime at MADHOUSE. Tomohiro Suzuki (One-Punch Man, Tiger & Bunny scriptwriter) is handling the series composition, Norifumi Kugai (One-Punch Man, Space Dandy key animator) is adapting the characters for animation, and Ryō Takahashi (Regalia: The Three Sacred Stars, Please tell me! Galko-chan) is composing the music.
Aira Yūki will perform the ending theme song "Pale Moon ga Yureteru" (The Pale Moon Sways).
The manga is set in a world separated into 13 wards, with each ward having an observation division controlled by the organization known as "ACCA." The story centers on Gene, known as the craftiest member of ACCA.
The anime will get an anime-original character named ACCA-kun. ACCA-kun is the mascot character for the fictional organization ACCA. The character stars in an original Twitter anime, animated by W-Toon Studio and titled "ACCA-kun no ACCA Kōza" (ACCA-kun's ACCA course). The anime, which features lectures by a super deformed ACCA-kun, began on November 11 on the ACCA anime Twitter account.
The Twitter account will also post an "illustrated drama" titled "Oyatsu no Jikan" (Afternoon Snack Time), which will introduce the leisurely everyday life of the characters from the main story. Artist Fumi Katō will provide the illustrations.
Ono launched the manga series in Square Enix's Monthly Big Gangan magazine in June 2013, and ended it on October 25. Square Enix shipped the manga's fifth compiled book volume on May 25, and will ship the sixth volume on December 24.
