Earth Defense Force 5 Game's 2nd Promo Video Reveals Summer Release

D3 Publisher began streaming an English-subtitled second promotional video on Friday for its upcoming Earth Defense Force 5 PlayStation 4 game. The video introduces the Ranger, Wing Diver, and Fencer EDF fighters. The English-subtitled version of the video states that the game arrives this year, but the video's Japanese version states that the game arrives this summer.
In the game, the Earth is at peace when suddenly an alien life form called "immigrants" attack, and the EDF must again take up arms against the invaders. D3 Publisher describes the game:

XSEED released Earth Defense Force 4.1: The Shadow of New Despair in North America on the PS4 in December 2015, and D3 Publisher released the game worldwide on Steam in July 2016. The PS4 game originally shipped in Japan in April 2015.
Earth Defense Force 4.1: The Shadow of New Despair is an updated port of Earth Defense Force 4, which D3 Publisher released on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 in Japan in July 2013, and in the West as Earth Defense Force 2025 in February 2014.
XSEED released the PlayStation Vita game Earth Defense Force 2: Invaders from Planet Space in North America in December 2015.
