Panpaku Pants Flash Anime Gets 3rd Season in April

The official website for the Flash anime series Panpaku Pants announced on Tuesday that a third season titled Panpaka Pantsu O NEW-san will premiere at night on April 6 at 1:41 a.m. (effectively the morning of April 7) on SBS (Shizuoka Broadcasting). The season will have 24 five-minute episodes that, after the first episode, will air at 1:46 a.m. on Thursday nights.
The first season, Panpaka Pantsu O New!, premiered in April 2015, and the second season, Panpaka Pantsu WO New!, premiered last April. The anime follows Panpaka, a male piglet whose mission it is to collect "wonderful underwear." Panpaka travels with his cat friend Pu-nyan, and the two of them overcome various hurdles to encounter special underwear, such as mermaid underwear or Kung-Fu underwear.
The anime is a collaboration between studio DLE and Shizuoka Broadcasting System's character Panpaka Pantsu. Yoshino Nanjō stars in the series as Panpaka. Other cast members include:

Idol College is performing the theme song "Pantastic!," a song that uses the word "panties" (パンツ) 33 times.
