As a member blackmailed into joining by Ayame, Tanukichi ends up taking part in obscene acts of terrorism against the talented student council president Anna (for whom Tanukichi has a crush).

Youhei Suzuki (The "Hentai" Prince and the Stony Cat.) directed the series with series scripts by Masahiro Yokotani (Free! Eternal Summer, Riddle Story of Devil) at J.C. Staff. Masahiro Fujii (The Pet Girl of Sakurasou, Hayate the Combat Butler, The Familiar of Zero) adapted Eight Shimotsuki's original character designs.
