Pony Canyon USA Reveals Details for Kuromukuro Anime's Blu-ray Disc Release

Ponycan USA revealed details on Friday for its upcoming Blu-ray Disc release for the Kuromukuro television anime series.
Ponycan USA will release the series in two Blu-ray Disc limited collector's edition sets on July 1 and July 14, respectively. Both limited collector's edition sets have a store price of US$120.98, and feature Japanese and English audio and English and Spanish subtitles. The releases also each feature a 71-page translated booklet, a two-side slip illustrated poster, a soundtrack CD, and a sleeve case designed by character designer Yuriko Ishii.
Both releases also feature video bonuses such as textless opening and endings, promo videos, and commercials. Pre-orders for both sets are available on Right Stuf.
Netflix began streaming Kuromukuro in Japan in April 2016 with English subtitles, and it streamed new episodes weekly. The anime premiered in Japan in the same month. Netflix began streaming the first season in Japanese with English subtitles in the U.S. on July 4, and added the second season on October 10.
Netflix began streaming the first half of the series with an English dub in December, and added the second half on January 13.
