First Digimon Adventure Tri Film, Selector Infected WIXOSS Released Monday

On Monday May 22, Manga Entertainment will release Digimon Adventure tri.- Chapter 1: Reunion, as a DVD and a Collector's Edition Blu-ray. This is the first in the series of six films, bringing back the original characters from the 1999 series Digimon Adventure.
The film is set six years after Taichi Yagami and the rest of the DigiDestined crossed over to the Digital World. The gate to the Digital World has now closed. The children are growing up in Tokyo, when suddenly new friends and enemies cross over from the Digital World.
Anime Limited will release the 12-part series Selector Infected Wixoss as a Collectors Edition Blu-ray. In the series, WIXOSS is a hugely popular card game, particularly among middle school children. But few know of LRIG Card, "the card of girls who possess will." Only special girls can hear the voice of LRIG, and those who possess this card are called selectors.
Takuya Satō (Steins;Gate, Armitage III, Say "I love you.", Strawberry Marshmallow) is directing the anime at J.C. Staff. Mari Okada (anohana, Hana-Saku Iroha, Amazing Twins) is charge of the series scripts, based on an original story by LRIG (Warner Entertainment Japan, Takara Tomy, J.C. Staff).
Anime Limited will also release Persona 3 the Movie #3 Falling Down, the third of the films adapting the Persona 3 game. In the film, Makoto and the other members of S.E.E.S. approach the end of their battles with the Shadows. Some must face the deaths of friends and family, some must notice what precious things must be protected, and some must find meaning in the conflicts that have occurred. Amongst the chaos, mysterious transfer student Ryōji Mochizuki appears.
MVM will release Owarimonogatari Part 2 on Blu-ray and DVD. It is part of the 'Monogatari' franchise created by NisiOisin and animated by Studio Shaft, on Blu-ray and DVD. During the month of October of his third year in high school, Koyomi Araragi is introduced to a transfer student named Ougi Oshino by his underclassman Kanbaru Suruga. Ougi tells Koyomi that she has something she wishes to consult with him. When she draws the map of Naoestu High School, she finds something peculiar.
