Studio Trigger Announces Inferno Cop Season 2

Studio previously teased possible sequel to net anime series
The official Twitter account for New Jersey's AnimeNEXT convention posted on Friday that Studio Trigger announced at its panel on Friday that second season of Inferno Cop is in the works.
Studio Trigger screened the latest episode of the anime at the panel, and thanked fans for the screening of what was the "true final episode" of Inferno Cop.
The studio has previously teased a sequel to the anime series several times.
Studio Trigger launched Inferno Cop on the Anime Bancho YouTube channel in 2012, and Crunchyroll is now also streaming the series. The comedy follows an "unholy" police officer as he fights for justice.
Studio Trigger showed a crossover short for Inferno Cop and Little Witch Academia at Anime Expo in 2015.
