Final Fantasy XV Game Previews 'Episode Prompto' DLC in Gameplay Video

Square Enix began streaming a gameplay video on Friday for the "Episode Prompto" DLC for the Final Fantasy XV game. The DLC will be available worldwide on June 27.
Naoshi Mizuta is serving as guest composer for the DLC.
The new story episode is the second in a series of story episodes focusing on each of the main characters of Final Fantasy XV, with an episode focused on Ignis also planned. Square Enix released the "Episode Gladiolus" story episode on March 28.
Square Enix revealed at E3 on Monday that it is developing a Monster of the Deep: Final Fantasy XV virtual reality game for the PlayStation VR.
Final Fantasy XV went on sale worldwide for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on November 29.
The game's director Hajime Tabata stated that the game broke even with development costs on "day one." As of January 10, the game had sold more than 6 million copies worldwide. The number includes physical shipments and download sales.
The game's combined digital sales and shipments exceeded 5 million copies on launch day. This is the fastest record for Square Enix's Final Fantasy franchise.
