Shinomiya-kun ni Wake ga Aru manga centers on siblings with secret

This year's September issue of Kadokawa's Monthly Asuka magazine announced on Monday that Hotaru Odagiri's new manga series will launch in the October issue on August 24. The manga is titled Shinomiya-kun ni Wake ga Aru (Shinomiya Has a Reason). The manga will feature on the cover of the October issue, and the first chapter will have a color opening page.

In the story, Sora is the youngest child, raised among all male siblings, and is doted upon. But Sora (and the rest of the brothers) have a secret that they can't tell anyone.

Odagiri ended her The Betrayal Knows My Name manga in Monthly Asuka in April after serializing it for 12 years, although the manga was on hiatus from 2011 to 2016. The 13th and final compiled volume shipped in May. Yen Press has released six omnibus volumes of the manga series in North America.

The Betrayal Knows My Name received a 24-episode anime adaptation in 2010, and Crunchyroll streamed the series in various regions as it aired in Japan. Funimation released the anime on DVD on February 28.
