Octopath Traveler Game Trailer Reveals Final 2 Protagonists

Nintendo began streaming a new trailer for Octopath Traveler, Square Enix's new original role-playing game project for the Nintendo Switch, on Tuesday. The video previews the final two main characters Cyrus and Opilia, the game's talent system, and the story mode.
Previous videos introduced the characters Olberic, Primrose, H'aanit, Therion, Tressa, and Alfyn.
The game will ship worldwide on July 13.
At the beginning of the game, the player will choose one of the characters to follow, but will be able to meet the others along the way. The player can swap recruited characters into their party of four at taverns. All stories are accessible via one playthrough.
Each of the main characters has a different path action that can be used in the field. For example, Olberic can challenge other characters to duels, while Ophilia can guide NPCs to where they need to go. Each player also has a unique talent that can be used in battle.
The same team who worked on the Bravely Default game is working on the game.
