Story centers on young male performers uneasy about their debuts

DMM Games announced on Tuesday that its Catharsistage! multimedia project is getting a PC and smartphone game in 2019. The company also began streaming the second promotional video for the project that focuses on the character Seiji Hashibami.

The project's first promotional video, which focuses on the character Ryo Aizumi, began streaming in March.

The project's cast includes KENN as Ryo Aizumi and Tomoaki Maeno as Seiji Hashibami. The two characters make up the Love*Raccoon idol unit.

The game will feature full 3D for all scenes in the game, including concert scenes and story parts. The game is slated to launch for PC, iOS, and Android in 2019. Basic gameplay will be free, but some in-game items will be available at cost.

The story is set at the male dorm of a certain music agency. Young men aiming to become professional musical performers spend their lives together at the dorm. At the request of the agency's president, the player becomes the counselor and manager for these young men. In light of making their debut, the performers carry anxiety. The agency president wants the player to resolve problems among the members. However, he does not want the performers to be aware of the player's role as a counselor. Therefore, the player becomes a manager who lives with the performers while secretly working to ease their troubles.

Kaoru Curry-zawa will launch a manga for the project in mid-June.
