Resident Evil 2 Remake's Trailer Reveals January Launch

CAPCOM revealed a trailer for its remake of its Resident Evil 2 survival horror game during Sony's E3 2018 press conference on Monday. The remake is slated for January 25, 2019. The video does not specify the game's platforms.
The video shows the remake's new third-person perspective gameplay (changed from the fixed camera angles of the original game), similar to the gameplay introduced in Resident Evil 4.
Resident Evil 7: biohazard, the latest game in the series, shipped for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC in January 2017. The game has sold 5.1 million copies as of March 31.
