1st adult game by Harukaze inspired TV anime last July

Game developer Harukaze opened a website on August 8 to reveal that its Nora, Princess, and Stray Cat (Nora to Ōjo to Noraneko Heart) adult visual novel is getting a sequel titled Nora, Princess, and Crying Cat. (Nora to Ōjo to Noraneko Heart 2).

The company revealed on Wednesday that the game will launch for home consoles. The Animate shop in Akihabara will start taking pre-orders for both the first and sequel game for the PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch on August 30. A banner on the main website for the franchise (pictured above) lists that the game will also get a release on PlayStation Vita.

Hato is again returning to write the scenario for the game, and Itsuki Ōzora is drawing the illustrations.

Harukaze released the first game for PC in February 2016. The game received a port for the PlayStation Vita in September 2017.

The first game inspired a series of five-minute anime shorts that premiered in July 2017. Crunchyroll streamed the 12-episode anime as it aired.

The anime's story centers on high school student Nora Handa. One day, on the way to school, Nora meets a girl named Patricia in a park. Patricia says that she is a princess of the underworld, and she has come to the surface world to destroy all life. Nora and Patricia accidentally kiss, and this act turns Nora into a black cat. Patricia takes Nora to her home, and a few days later Nora turns back into a human. However, Nora keeps turning into a cat and back into a human.

A manga adaptation of the game launched in Kadokawa's Dengeki G's Comic magazine in June 2017. Additionally, Kentarō Kobayashi wrote a novel adaptation with illustrations by Itsuki Ōzora that also launched in June 2017. Hato supervised the novel.
