'As Miss Beelzebub Likes' Anime's New Videos Reveal 3 New Cast Members

Chinatsu Akasaki, Aoi Yūki, Kazuyuki Okitsu join cast for in series premiering in October

The official website for the television anime of matoba's As Miss Beelzebub Likes (Beelzebub-jō no Okinimesu Mama. or As Miss Beelzebub likes it.) manga began streaming three new character mini-promotional videos for the anime on Monday. (Note: The videos on the official website are region-locked to Japan, region-free versions are below.)

Yen Press is publishing the manga in North America, and it describes the story:

Murin's lands his dream job with the demon king he's always held in awe, but when his tenure begins, it turns out the demon king isn't quite what he expected...

Minato Kazuto (Akashic Records of Bastard Magical Instructor) is directing the anime at LIDEN FILMS. Yoriko Tomita (Blood Blockade Battlefront & Beyond, Puzzle & Dragons X scriptwriter) is both overseeing and writing the series scripts. Etsuko Sumimoto (Tsuredure Children, Yuri Kuma Arashi) is designing the characters for animation, and Satoshi Motoyama (Godzilla: Planet of the Monsters, Haganai) is the sound director. Singer Kanon Wakeshima (theme songs for Vampire Knight, Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?) and naotyu- (Nisekoi - False Love, Isuca) are composing the music.

Sangatsu no Phantasia (Slow Start, Kiznaiver theme songs) is performing the opening theme song, and the ending theme song will be a character song titled "Akuma de Koiwazurai" (Stubbornly Lovesick) performed by Saori Ōnishi, Misaki Kuno, and Ai Kakuma.

The anime will premiere in October.

The artist matoba launched the manga in Monthly Shonen Gangan in July 2015. Square Enix published the manga's seventh compiled book volume in Japan on April 21, and the eighth volume will ship on September 21. Yen Press published the manga's second compiled book volume on June 26, and the third volume will ship on September 18.
