Seiyu Awards Reveal Intermediate Results of 'Most Valuable Seiyu' Poll

The organizers of the annual Seiyū Awards revealed the intermediate results of the "Most Valuable Seiyū" (MVS) poll on September 13.
The intermediate results are:
- Hiroshi Kamiya
- Mamoru Miyano
- Tomoaki Maeno
- Yoshimasa Hosoya
- Daisuke Ono
- Makoto Furukawa
- Yūto Uemura
- Yūki Kaji
- Tatsuhisa Suzuki
- Takuya Eguchi
The new poll asks fans to vote for the Japanese voice actor who has put forth the best effort from October 1, 2017 to September 30, 2018. The poll is open to all voice actors regardless of their gender or career, and it will select one winner. Voting opened on August 1, and it will run until September 30. Fans can vote through the Seiyū Awards' official website and Twitter account, on Kadokawa's Web Newtype website, and through Dwango's animelo mix smartphone app.
The organizers will announce the winners of the 13th Annual Seiyū Awards in March. Last year's winners included Tomoyo Kurosawa, Toshiyuki Toyonaga, Ayane Sakura, and Saori Ōnishi.
