HIDIVE Adds Welcome to Pia Carrot!! 2DX Anime

HIDIVE announced on Thursday that it will add the Welcome to Pia Carrot!! 2 DX original video anime (OVA), with the first episode streaming on November 5 at 12:00 p.m. EST. New episodes will debut every Monday. The stream will be available for users in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, and other select territories.
Sentai Filmworks licensed the anime and released it on DVD on July 31. The company describes the anime:
Pia Carrot #2 might be the second Pia Carrot restaurant numerically, but they've got ambitions to be the best. That means great food, great service and the most beautiful waitresses. For Kouji, who's looking for a job where he can meet lots of attractive girls quickly, it's the perfect place to work. Unfortunately, things get up close and personal even more quickly than expected when he collides with Azusa on the way to apply and ends up with a handful of her… well, suffice it to say that she's NOT happy. The six episode OVA shipped in Japan in 1999. Unlike previous releases in the Pia Carrot series, Welcome to Pia Carrot!! 2 DX is not hentai. It also features a new cast.
NuTech Digital released the original erotic Welcome to Pia Carrot and Welcome to Pia Carrot 2 OVAs in North America in 2001. The series also spawned the Pia Carrot e Yōkoso!! - Sayaka no Koi Monogatari film in 2002.
