Mushiro Utsu na no de Kekkon ka to launches on December 2, Minna no Uta on December 15

The editorial department blog for Kodansha's Comic Days website announced on Monday that both Naoe Kikuchi and Shunju Aono will begin new series in coming weeks.

Kikuchi's new series is titled Mushiro Utsu na no de Kekkon ka to, and it will begin on December 2. The manga is based on Shiroi's "wHite_caKe" blog. The manga will center on Shiroi, an average company employee, who encounters Kizeki, who is suffering from depression. Kizeki has suicidal thoughts, and Shiroi will use any means to stop him.

Kikuchi's Tetsuko no Tabi manga, based on the real stories of Hirohiko Yokomi, ran for six volumes and inspired a 2007 television anime.

Aono's new series is titled Minna no Uta, and it will begin on December 15. The manga will depict the lives of various adults in various circumstances, including a taxi driver who travels with a suitcase full of explosives, a porn director with a lot of motivation but not a lot of sense, and a yakuza thug pushed to the edge and with only three remaining fingers.

Aono published his I'll Give It My All... Tomorrow (Ore wa Mada Honki Dashitenai Dake) manga in Shogakukan's Monthly Ikki magazine from 2007 until 2012. Viz Media published all five volumes of the manga in English from 2010 to 2013. The manga received a live-action film adaptation in 2013.
