Portal app featuring music shop, calendar, daily fortunes to launch in early summer 2019

The staff of the Tsukino Talent Production (TsukiPro) franchise announced at Animate Girls Festival 2018 on Saturday that the franchise is getting a new app titled Tsukino World. The portal app will feature a music shop to buy CDs in the franchise; a calendar that will feature events, release dates, and notifications; daily fortunes; and a virtual area to interact with a mascot character.

The app is a "major upgrade" to the current Tsukino Park app. Tsukino World will launch in early summer 2019.

The TsukiPro franchise features music and drama CDs, stage plays, live performances, and two anime series featuring several idol groups.

The Tsukiuta. THE ANIMATION television anime series premiered in Japan in July 2016. Funimation streamed the series as aired in Japan, and then offered it on Blu-ray Disc in September 2017. The anime is inspiring a second season. The anime centers around the Tokyo idol unit Six Gravity (composed of characters representing December to May) and the sibling rival unit Procellarum (composed of idols born in Western Japan and representing June to November).

The seventh stage play in the Tsukiuta franchise, CYBER-DIVE-CONNECTION, will run at Hulic Hall in Tokyo from December 5 to 9, and then at Mielparque Hall in Osaka from December 13 to 16.

The TsukiPro the Animation television anime centers on four of TsukiPro's other groups: SOARA, Growth, SolidS, and QUELL. The anime premiered in October 2017 and Crunchyroll streamed the anime as it aired. The anime is getting a sequel.

The SolidS and QUELL groups are starring in a separate stage play series titled SolidS & Quell on Stage (S.Q.S), and its second episode is running in Japan from November 1-11 at Hulic Hall Tokyo.
