Launch bonuses include currency discount, special encounters, Miyu

Wright Flyer Studios launched its Another Eden: The Cat Beyond Time and Space smartphone game in the United States, Canada, Australia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau on Monday. The company began streaming an English launch trailer.

To mark the launch, the game is offering 4000 Chronos Stones of in-game currency for discounted purchase for a limited time. In addition, a special "Fateful Encounter" is offering guaranteed five-star encounters. All new players will also receive the four-star character Miyu.

GREE announced Another Eden in 2015, and released it in Japan for iOS and Android in April 2017. Daisuke Taka is directing the game, while Masato Katō (Chrono Trigger) is writing the scenario. Yasunori Mitsuda (Chrono Trigger) worked on the game's opening theme, while Shunsuke Tsuchiya and Mariam Abounnaser are composing the in-game music.

Smartphone game and social networking service company GREE, Wright Flyer Studios' parent company, also plans to release Square Enix's SINoALICE game in North America and Europe. Wright Flyer Studios developed the Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? -- MEMORIA FREESE game, and Crunchyroll, Sumitomo Corporation, and GREE released the game in March 2018 as part of an agreement for the localization and distribution of games based on anime for North America and other overseas markets.

Wright Flyer Studios and GREE's Shōmetsu Toshi (Annihilated City — Where I End and You Begin) smartphone game is inspiring a television anime in April.
