PlatinumGames' Astral Chain Switch Game Announced for August 30

NieR:Automata's Takahisa Taura directs game with supervision of Bayonetta's Hideki Kamiya
Nintendo announced the Astral Chain game for Nintendo Switch during its Nintendo Direct presentation on Wednesday. PlatinumGames is developing the game for release on August 30.
Nintendo describes the game: "As part of a police special forces unit in a multi-cultural futuristic city, players work together with a humanoid special weapon, Legion, in a synergetic action system of battle and exploration."
Masakazu Katsura (Zetman, Video Girl Ai, Wingman) is designing the game's characters. Takahisa Taura (NieR:Automata, Anarchy Reigns) is directing the game, and Hideki Kamiya (The Wonderful 101, Bayonetta) is supervising.
