Strategy & Partners Game Company Begins Bankruptcy Proceedings

Online game company Strategy & Partners (S&P) announced on Wednesday that it formally began bankruptcy proceedings on March 6. The company has 500 million yen (about US$4.49 million) in debt.

The company was founded in April 2010.

The company released online browser games for the Puella Magi Madoka Magica, Guilty Crown, Fate/Zero, and Attack on Titan franchises. It also developed the AKB48 Group Tsui ni Kōshiki Oto Ge Demashita. smartphone rhythm game.
