Nio Nakatani launched manga in 2015, inspired TV anime last October

The seventh compiled book volume of Nio Nakatani's Bloom Into You (Yagate Kimi ni Naru) yuri manga revealed on Friday that the manga's eighth volume will be the manga's final volume. The eighth volume is slated to ship in November.

Seven Seas Entertainment publishes the manga in North America, and it describes the story:

Yuu has always loved shoujo manga and awaits the day she gets a love confession that sends her heart aflutter with bubbles and blushes, and yet when a junior high classmate confesses his feelings to her...she feels nothing. Disappointed and confused, Yuu enters high school still unsure how to respond. That's when Yuu sees the beautiful student council president Nanami turn down a suitor with such maturity that she's inspired to ask her for help. But when the next person to confess to Yuu is Nanami herself, has her shoujo romance finally begun?

Nakatani launched the manga in Kadokawa's Monthly Comic Dengeki Daioh magazine in April 2015. Kadokawa also released a comic anthology for the series on December 25, as well as a side story novel that shipped last November. The manga has more than 850,000 copies in print in Japan. Seven Seas Entertainment shipped the manga's sixth volume on March 26.

The manga inspired an anime adaptation that premiered last October. Sentai Filmworks licensed the anime, and HIDIVE streamed the series with English subtitles as it aired in Japan. A stage play adaptation will also debut in May.
