HD game debuts in Europe on October 11, in Oceania on October 18

NIS America announced on Wednesday that it will release The Alliance Alive HD Remastered, FuRyu's HD remastered version of the Alliance Alive game, for PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch in North America on October 8. The game will then debut in Europe on October 11 and in Oceania on October 18. The company also began streaming a trailer that compares the original Nintendo 3DS version and the upcoming HD version.

NIS America's limited edition for the game will bundle a hardcover art book and soundtrack CD for US$64.99.

The game will launch in Japan on October 10 for the PlayStation 4 and Switch, with the PC version slated for this winter.

FuRyu originally released the game in Japan for the Nintendo 3DS in June 2017. Atlus USA released the game in North America and Europe in March 2018.

Atlus describes the game:

One thousand years ago, Daemons invaded the world and subjugated all that stood in their path. They then separated the realms with the Great Barrier, which thrust the world into a sea of chaos. The barrier caused the Dark Current, an ocean current that submerged most major cities, to wreak havoc and decimate humanity. All hope was lost, and all remaining humans had to bend the knee to their new Daemon kings. Hundreds of years later, the world is about to change again... There are whispers of resistance, and now the time is ripe to bring it to a roar. Can you fan the flames of rebellion and lead mankind to victory?

Masataka Matsuura directed and produced the game. Ryō Hirao was the character designer, Yoshitaka Murayama wrote the scenario, Kyoji Koizumi was in charge of game design, and Masashi Hamauzu composed the music.
