Monkey Peak Manga Gets New Series in November

The 2,674th issue of Nihonbungeisha's Weekly Manga Goraku magazine revealed on Friday that Kōji Shinasaka and Akihiro Kumeta's Monkey Peak manga will have a new series titled Monkey Peak -The Rock- launch in the magazine on November 1.
The 2,674th issue also published the final chapter of the main Monkey Peak manga. The manga's 12th compiled book volume will ship on October 18.
The manga centers on a group of pharmaceutical company employees who embark on a mountain-climbing trip together and who encounter tragedy at the hands of mysterious monkeys when they reach the top.
Shinsaka and Kumeta launched the manga in Weekly Manga Goraku magazine in September 2016. Nihonbungeisha published the manga's 11th compiled book volume on August 8. Shinsaka writes the manga while Kumeta draws the art.
The manga inspired an anime that debuted in the Anime Beans app last October.
