Persona 5 Royal Game's Video Highlights New Character Takuto Maruki

Atlus began streaming a character video for the Persona 5 Royal (Persona 5 The Royale in Japan) role-playing game on Friday. The video highlights the new confidant character Takuto Maruki (voiced by Satoshi Hino in Japanese).
The game will launch for the PlayStation 4 in Japan on October 31. The game will then launch in the Americas, Europe, and Asia in 2020.
The game will feature the new character Kasumi Yoshizawa (voiced by Sora Amamiya in Japanese). Additionally, the game will reveal the untold third school semester and have new school life and phantom life content. New features will also include Status Assist, more songs, and enhanced graphics with PlayStation 4 Pro support.
Persona 5 shipped for the PS4 and PS3 in Japan in September 2016. The game shipped in North America in April 2017 after a delay. The game features animation sequences from Production I.G
Atlus is also working with Koei Tecmo Games' Omega-Force subsidiary on a separate new game in the franchise titled Persona 5 Scramble: The Phantom Strikers. The game will be the series' first action role-playing game.
Persona 5 is inspiring a stage play in Osaka and Tokyo in December. The original game previously inspired a television anime series, two anime specials, and an unaired episode.
