ANIME SNACKTIME - BACK FOR SECONDS. MADMAN RELEASES PODCAST NUMBER TWO!
MELBOURNE, Friday, 21 April, 2006 - In swift response to the ripping success of the first ever Anime Snacktime podcast released last month, the minds of Madman have already produced a sequel. Now with extra ingredients, Anime Snacktime Episode 2 will be ready to release upon the world on the evening of Friday, March 21st.
Launched via www.madman.com.au, online grass roots channels and newsletters, the first Anime Snacktime Episode has already generated almost 3,000 downloads to date.
Anime Snacktime is the first podcast of its kind for the Australian DVD entertainment industry; including updates on Madman Anime and Eastern Eye releases and acquisitions, Anime industry information, chat, competitions and even unique visual information for anybody using iPod video.
"What better way to feed the hunger of our tech-savvy, anime-loving audience than with a monthly downloadable radio show?" said Anime Snacktime co-host and co-creator Ben Clay. "In typical Madman style, we just thought it would be a fun project and a great way to keep fans up to date on the latest info."
