ADV and Best Buy Team Up at Anime Expo

ADV & BEST BUY TEAM UP AT ANIME EXPO

“This shall be the greatest and best booth of all time!”

HOUSTON, June 15, 2006—ADV Films, the number one producer-distributor of anime in North America, is pleased to announce an alliance with anime retailing leader Best Buy to create the most fantastic booth ever at this year's Anime Expo. Anime Expo is North America's largest anime/manga convention and takes place at the Anaheim Convention Center July 1-4.

Anime Expo is the biggest show, Best Buy is the best retailer, and ADV is the top studio. It only makes sense that we band together to give fans what they want,” said Mike Bailiff, ADV's Senior Vice President for Sales and Marketing.

And what do fans want? “Total mayhem!” said Bailiff. “When people go to Anime Expo, they expect a show unlike any other. And at ADV we take that responsibility very seriously. That's why we pull out all the stops for Anime Expo. Only the most primo swag will do – and lots of it!”

Asked what makes this year's Anime Expo different, Bailiff replied, “Obviously, the alliance with Best Buy is a big step up. But without going into too much detail, let me just say we have some surprises planned that are going to make Best Buy's first Anime Expo one to remember. This shall be the greatest and best booth of all time!”

Individuals can now register via online (http://www.anime-expo.org/) for Anime Expo 2006. All attendees that register prior to June 1, 2006 will be automatically placed into the 2nd Annual Pre-Registration Contest to win DVDs, posters and other amazing prizes.
