Right Stuf's ANIME TODAY Talks With Central Park Media's John O'Donnell

Interview, “Anime & Gamers!' Guide” and more in Episode 43!


GRIMES, IA, June 22, 2007 – Anime producer and mega-online anime retailer Right Stuf, Inc. is pleased to welcome John O'Donnell – the co-founder and managing director of Central Park Media (CPM) – to episode 43 of ANIME TODAY.

In this new interview, O'Donnell discusses CPM's start, how the North American anime and manga industry has changed and the company's goals for 2007, including its anime, Asian Pulp Cinema and Below the Radar video releases, as well what fans can expect from its print division.

O'Donnell co-founded Central Park Media in 1990, and it was among the first anime companies to achieve distribution in major retail outlets throughout the United States. Additionally, CPM was one of the first U.S. publishers to release English-language translations of comics from Japan (manga) and Korea (manwha).
