GDH Announces Filipino License Deal of Gonzo Rosso's First Original Online Game Pandora Saga

GDH K.K. (Head Office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, CEO: Shinichirō Ishikawa, Securities Code: TSE Mothers 3755, hereinafter GDH) has announced an online game licensing deal between its group company GONZO Rosso K.K. (Head Office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, Managing Director: Hideki Moriya, hereinafter GONZO Rosso) and IP E-GAME VENTURES, INC. (Head Office: Manila, Philippines, COO: Enrique Y. Gonzalez, hereinafter IP E-Games). The deal grants to IP E-Games the license to publish GONZO Rosso's first original title PANDORA SAGA in the Philippines.

PANDORA SAGA is a Japan-made MMORPG* published by GONZO Rosso and developed by HEADLOCK Inc. (Head Office: Nakano-ku, Tokyo, President: Nobuyuki Okada). Its service has been available in Japan since February 2008. This full-scale war game offers a highly strategic and action-packed game experience in a battlefield where three battling nations employ an extensive array of siege weapons and horsemen for the ultimate victory.

IP E-Games is a subsidiary of IPVG Corp. (Head Office: Manila, Philippines, CEO: Enrique Y. Gonzalez), a Filipino company listed in the Philippine Stock Exchange and engaged in IT-related business in the Philippines and other parts of the world. It is chiefly known for the operation of Korea-made RAN Online, the most popular online game in the Philippines, and is also highly esteemed for its strong marketing ability. By harnessing their partnership, GONZO Rosso and IP E-Games hope to pave way for release of the title in multiple Asian territories. The service of PANDORA SAGA in the Philippines is scheduled to start in the summer of 2008.

The GDH group will continue to actively promote and further expand the online gaming business in Asia through GONZO Rosso.
