Corinne Orr, voice of Trixie from Speed Racer, appears at LA Comic Book & Sci Fi Con May 4

LOS ANGELES, CA - APRIL 29, 2008 - CORINNE ORR, the voice of Trixie, Spritle, and all the female characters on the Classic Anime series SPEED RACER, makes a rare west coast personal appearance at the LOS ANGELES COMIC BOOK AND SCIENCE FICTION CONVENTION on Sunday, MAY 4, 2008. CORINNE, who has a cameo role in the new SPEED RACER Live Action film, has also done voice work for MARINE BOY, STAR BLAZERS, and many other anime releases. CORINNE will be appearing from 11:00 A.M.-4:00 P.M. to sign autographs, and while there is a charge it includes a choice of either a photo or postcard.

STAN LEE, the Co-Creator of such Marvel Comics Super-Heroes such as SPIDER-MAN, IRON MAN, HULK, and X-MEN, and currently has an anime related project in development, will appear from 12:00 P.M.-1:00 P.M.

The LOS ANGELES COMIC BOOK AND SCIENCE FICTION CONVENTION takes place at the Shrine Auditorium Expo Center, located at 700 West 32nd Street, right across from USC College. Admission is only $8.00, five years and under are free. A large Dealers Room full of Comic Books, Anime Merchandise, Toys, and other Collectables is also featured.
