Eirtakon 2010 Schedule Released
DUBLIN, IRELAND – August 20, 2010 – The Eirtakon committee is proud to release the full schedule for Eirtakon 2010, happening this October 15th - 17th in The Helix!
The full schedule can be found here. This year's schedule for Eirtakon is almost twice the size of last year's, reflecting the larger venue at available. The Helix is one of the biggest conference centres in the country and will be filled all weekend with events and competitions running from the minute the doors open on Friday afternoon until they close on Sunday evening.
"This is the biggest weekend we've ever put together, so it's a huge task," said Stephen Fox, Eirtakon 2010's director, "But from looking at the schedule I know this will be the biggest anime event ever held in Ireland, and everyone is incredibly excited by this."

Eirtakon 2010's guest of honour is of course Spike Spencer, who will be running a number of talks on the Saturday and Sunday. We will be releasing more info about Spike's plans in the continuing build-up to the convention!
Over the coming weeks the details of the schedule will be filled in, including times for competitions, screening times and much more!
