Crunchyroll to Release Three New Korean Drama Titles Today

Crunchyroll Launches a Cornucopia of Brand New and Catalog Episodes From Fan-Favorite Korean Drama Titles

San Francisco, Calif. (August 24, 2010) Picking up where it left off, Crunchyroll users will now be able to view the HIGH KICK (series up to episode 136), a deeper catalog of PINK LIPSTICK (up to episode 9)9, and the dysfunctional family drama BLOSSOM SISTERS for all its users starting today. More information can be found on www.crunchyroll.com.

Premium drama members and all-access members will be able to watch all available episodes from all three series immediately, in up to 480p quality and without commercials. Free users will get five (5) new episodes of HIGH KICK every week; episodes 16-25 from PINK LIPSTICK are now available to view and then the next five (5) episodes will roll out every week henceforth; and finally the first ten (10) episodes of BLOSSOM SISTERS will be available today with the subsequent episodes rolling out in sets of five (5) every week henceforth, as well.

BLOSSOM SISTERS (also known as DANDELION FAMILY) digs well below the surface of the average family to reveal that even normal families have a secret of two. No matter how much they try and bury it, these secrets always find a way of revealing itself. And while it can cause conflict, BLOSSOM SISTERS shows that their family bonds always rise above and bring them back together!

PINK LIPSTICK follows Ga-eun, who was a sweet girl, until her turbulent life and three failed marriages finally became too much to bear. Now to exact her revenge on the people that completely ruined her life her ex-husband and best friend she is out on a mission to make them pay dearly for what they did to her by any means necessary.

HIGH KICK is a situation comedy that portrays the everyday lives of the main various characters whose diversely different lives collide with each other in a comical way. As their lives become more intertwined with one another, the mysteries surrounding their seemingly-normal lives begin to unravel one by one.

Crunchyroll Premium Members will have access to the largest anime and drama selection, same-day access for simulcasted titles, no advertisements and can be viewed in 480p-to-720p quality on selected titles.
