American JPop recording artist gaining popularity within Japanese anime online gaming community
Miss Stephanie Yanez has made another hit for the very popular anime avatar site TinierMe.com. This is Miss Yanez's 2nd event on the site. Her first event, "Stephanie's Concert," where registered members log into "Selfy Town" and gain access to listen to the song she created specifically for TinierMe called "Sakura Wonderland". The song became popular with participants within the online game community. In exchange for listening to the song, members were given virtual gifts designed by the recording artist.
Now the debut of her 2nd event titled "Stephanie Yanez's New Year Concert" has already attracted a buzz with the recent release of her NEW song "Mirai heno tobira". The song was produced by Stephanie and Polo, a Japanese producer and guitarist, who have recently teamed up to produce Yanez's next album and upcoming tour in Japan. Similar to "Stephanie's Concert" event, community members will receive a free item that Miss Yanez designed with the TinerMe artists. The item, animated white cat ears with pink ribbon, and song has garnered much attention within the virtual community.

About Stephanie Yanez
Discovering music at the age of 5, Stephanie Yanez was born to sing. Her love for music eventually led her to record four songs at PARAMOUNT STUDIOS on Geneon's Anime Karaoke Collection with three of those songs recorded with overseas Japan-based record label I'VE, known for their singer KOTOKO. Since winning the crown at Anime Expo's AX Idol 2004, she has appeared as host for various television and online series and produced a solo album. Yanez is currently in the studio working on her new album with Japanese rocker, PoLo from the rock group NIRF.
