Alteil.com Announces: Alteil Joins Forces with Hatsune Miku
Alteil - Japan's #1 On-line Card Dueling Game now available in English – is proud to announce a team-up with the world's most popular virtual pop-idol, Hatsune Miku!
At the 2011 Anime Expo in Los Angeles, the biggest Japanese guest wasn't a director or the artist of a major manga, or even the latest J-Pop sensation. It was HATSUNE MIKU, a virtual singer and idol who staged her first concert outside of Japan. She's taking the Anime and Japanese Pop-culture fanbase by storm all over the US!
Since its initial launch summer 2008, Alteil US has grown to feature over 600 cards, 9 full Card Sets, 9 EX Card Expansions and a robust online community. Now, Alteil has been expanded with new abilities and strategies that give players new ways to seek victory in the Arenas!
The Alteil with Hatsune Miku Event includes:
- Alteil's masters of Japanese fantasy art have created fifteen new incarnations of Hatsune Miku, for fifteen new cards that will be added to the game.
- The Alteil with Hatsune Miku Events will be featured on the Facebook Page of worldwide phenomenon, Tokyo Otaku Mode.
- Several new Miku Cards will be available as free giveaways and participation prizes in Miku themed events from October 17th through November 13th.
- Miku Avatars, including a Pet, Background and Accessory, will be available. The Avatar will also be given free to all new accounts during the Event.
- Featuring art by miogrobin, Nan Yaegashi, Shirakaba, atro, Kiyotaka Haimura, Hirotaka Akaga, Deino, bob, Toshiaki Takayama, Kutara, meola, Yamato Yamaamoto, Yuu, poporucha, and Jyuu Ayakura.
