Ani-Jam is Proud to Announce Veteran Animator and Author, Aimee Major Steinberger as a Guest of Honor

Fresno, CA - Ani-Jam, Fresno's premiere anime convention is proud to announce that professional animator/layout artist and author Aimee Major Steinberg will be a Guest of Honor at Ani-Jam 2013 this summer.

The two-day event will be held on August 17-18 at the Valdez Hall (at the Fresno Convention Center).

Aimee Major Steinberger's work as a professional animator and layout artist can be seen on TV series such as “The Simpsons” and “Futurama”, the Warner Bros. film “Looney Tunes Back in Action” and also the theme park “Disney's Three Caballeros” boat ride at Epcot's Gran Fiesta Tour at Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida.

Aimee is also well-known in the doll world as staff writer for “Haute Doll Magazine” and as the administrator for denofangels.com, the largest English-language Asian ball-jointed doll website and forum in the world. She also wrote the Japanese classical and pop culture book “Japan Ai: A Tall Girl's Adventures in Japan” which was published by Go! Comi. As a cosplayer, Aimee has won multiple cosplay awards including “Best in Show” at large conventions.

Ani-Jam is a two-day convention held annually that celebrates Japanese animation and East Asian pop culture.
