Anime Evolution adds Bryce Papenbrook and Lee Tockar as new guests

Vancouver, BC, May 3rd, 2013 - Anime Evolution, the largest and longest running anime convention in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, is proud to announce that Sword Art Online's Bryce Papenbrook and Emmy-nominated voice actor Lee Tockar will be joining it's guest lineup.

In addition to voicing Sword Art Online's Kirito, Bryce has also voiced Rin Okumura in Blue Exorcist, Henry in Fire Emblem Awakening, Asbel Lhant in Tales of Graces F, Zidane Tribal in Final Fantasy Dissidia 012, Masaomi Kida in Durarara!!, and Guan Ping in Dynasty Warriors.

Past leading roles include Shugo in .hack//SIGN Legend of the Twilight, Jack in MAR, Jack Russell in Radiata Stories, Hanabusa Aido in Vampire Knight, and Isami Fujiwara in Noein.

Lee Tockar returns to Anime Evolution on the back of his Emmy nomination for his portrayal of Pronto in the Slugterra animated series. Lee is a veteran voice actor with over 100 roles to his credit, including: Dr. Frogg in League of Super Evil, Snips in My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, Bling Bling Boy, The General and Speed McCool in Johnny Test, adding to an already incredible list of iconic characters in shows such as Beast Wars, X-Men, The Incredible Hulk, Iron Man, Fantastic Four, Dragon Booster, Pucca and Eon Kid. His Anime voice credits include multiple characters in Gundam Seed, Gundam Seed Destiny and Gundam 00, and General Durahan in Monster Rancher.

Bryce and Lee will be joining a guest lineup that includes Dante Basco (Rufio – Hook, Prince Zuko – Avatar: The Last Airbender), Yuri Lowenthal (Sasuke – Naruto, Barnaby Brooks Jr. - Tiger & Bunny, Simon - Gurren Lagann), Tara Platt (Temari – Naruto, Caster – Fate/stay night, Katarina – League of Legends), Rachel Robinson (Oerba dia Fang – Final Fantasy XIII, Zorin Blitz – Hellsing Ultimate), Jād Saxton (Haruna – Is This a Zombie?, Perrine-H. Clostermann – Strike Witches), Dragon Ball Z Abridged creators Team Four Star, and Blue Exorcist Abridged creator Howard Wang.
