Digital Manga Service Amimaru Launches iPad App

iPad app available worldwide

HELSINKI, FINLAND, Oct. 5, 2013 - Digital manga service Amimaru has launched an iPad application.

The app is a free download, and is globally available from the App Store as of today. At the moment, Amimaru is the only legal manga-specific service on iPad that has no geographical restrictions.

The Amimaru iPad app uses a point system for buying manga. Point purchases are made using Apple ID, so there's no need to give Amimaru your credit card details or for a convoluted account-creating process. All purchased manga is downloaded to the user's device for offline reading, so there's also no need to be afraid of losing purchases in any situation.

Purchases made in the iPad app are synced with Amimaru's Facebook app, and vice versa.

Amimaru requires iOS 7. This means that it works on all iPad models except the original 2010 one; from iPad 2 onwards.
