Blessing of the Campanella Complete Series Available as a Litebox-style DVD Set

GRIMES, IA, October 9, 2013 – Anime producer Lucky Penny Entertainment is pleased to announce the BLESSING OF THE CAMPANELLA DVD Collection will be released on February 4, 2014.

The DVD set will feature the complete 12-episode anime series, in a single DVD keepcase, with Japanese audio, English subtitles and on-screen translations. On-disc extras will include the U.S trailer, clean opening and closing, 30-minute OVA, promotional videos, commercials, bathtime specials, and trailers.

The anime adaptation of Blessing of the Campanella is based on the Japanese visual novel “Shukufuku no Campanella” by Windmill and features animation by AIC (Heaven's Lost Property, Nyan Koi! !). Blessing of the Campanella first aired in Japan on Tokyo MX in 2010.

Leicester Maycraft leads a charmed life. His parents are nobility and he spends his days crafting inventions and questing alongside his friends in Clan Oasis. Energy from a supernatural meteor shower awakens the adorable automaton, Minette, who imprints on Leicester as her “papa”. Just like that, Leicester's entourage of beautiful girls goes from flattering to ridiculous. Joined by Sacred Knight Chelsea Arcot and automaton artisan Agnes Boulange, Clan Oasis sets out to discover Minette's origin.

But all work and no play isn't exactly what these adventurers have in mind. They'll get around to solving the mystery — when they're not performing oddball quests or hanging out at the beach!
