Onigiri is an exciting and action-packed MMORPG where you take on the role of one of the legendary Oni, roused from your peaceful and isolated life. You must set out, with 8 NPCs, each with their own personality and abilities, and restore peace to the troubled lands. Set against a mythical backdrop of a magical and strange Japan, only you have the power to change fate, saving all from the deadly miasma and vile Kamikui! Call on your powers and skills with a wide variety of weapons, switching as needed for the monsters at hand. Charge your powers within yourself, and then unleash devastating skills that leave none standing! Travel on your own, or with a party of brave and skilled friends as you meet the challenge of fate head on!
New Areas and Limited Campaigns!
With the opening of the Official Service, we are also adding to all new areas to the world of Onigiri! Sekigahara and Kaga will be the next locations players move to continue their quest, heading into the northern regions of mythical Japan, where mysteries and foes await. For a limited time, "Sheryl" from the popular anime series "Tantei Opera Milky Holmesc" by Bushiroadc can be found in Onigiri. Players will be able to help her out, and a limited time only event item will be available in the Shopping Plaza!
Onigiri will also be holding many events together with the popular internet multimedia website Crunchyroll, who will be giving out limited Onigiri items at their booth at AnimeExpo this year.
Shopping Plaza Open!
Players will be able to access the Shopping Plaza to get lots of super useful items! Colorful and unique avatar equipment, EXP or Ryou boosters, super skills called "Ougi", charms that increase the success rate of Weapon Enhancement or Magatama enchantment, and many other items can be found and purchased in the newly open Shopping Plaza!
We're looking forward to seeing you in ancient Japan, carving your destiny out of the ever changing myths and legends! If you're very lucky, you may even see some GMs, who can help you out with a tricky dungeon!
